USU trustees vote to purchase Brigham City property

The Utah State University-Brigham City campus could see an expansion of its regional campus after a unanimous vote from USU Board of Trustees. USU Vice President of Business and Financial Affairs David Cowley explained the plan to purchase a large portion of the Intermountain Intertribal School property in Brigham City. Two additional parcels owned by USU would also be used for the expansion, which amounts to approximately 40 acres of land to the USU-BC regional campus. The plan will go to the Utah Board Regents, and be considered at their meeting on Dec. 9. The Regents have the final say in most matters related to the university system of Utah. Logan Herald Journal
