Logan property awarded permit for food retail shop

The Logan Planning Commission unanimously approved granting a conditional use permit for the Canyon Road property known as Herm's Inn. Laub plans to turn the building into a bakery or confectionery shop, though he added that his priority has always been to preserve the historically significant structure. Logan Herald Journal
