High-rise conditionally OK’d: Logan Planning Commission wants revision of project’s west wing

The Logan Planning Commission on Thursday night approved two key permits for a proposed high-rise building near 600 East and 1000 North. In a 3-2 vote, the body voted in favor of a design review permit and a conditional use permit for the structure, but not before implementing a section of the code that will have the effect of significantly (reducing) the height of the west wing of the building.
