Logan City rezoning paves the way for new development

A recent zoning change adopted by the Logan Municipal Council paves the way for a private developer to build a mixed-use retail and apartment complex on the northeast corner of Church Street and Federal Avenue in downtown Logan. The changes will allow Utah-based Cowboy Partners, a potential developer of the site, to go forward with plans to build a complex. Retail businesses are planned for the ground level, and residential apartments for the top two levels. Herald Journal
